Just by your very existence, you are part of the divine order of the Universe.
In a recent review article in the Dec. 3 issue of The Journal of Sexual Medicine, sexually unsatisfied women who practiced the Eastern techniques of mindfulness and yoga reported improvements in levels of arousal and desire, as well as better orgasms. In addition, yoga has been found to effectively treat premature ejaculation in men.
Eastern practices have been touted as sexually beneficial for years — as the article states, the techniques have "their origin in the Kama Sutra". Sex is good for you!
These new musings are in the process of being made into a book, I'll post new snippets every few weeks: enjoy! I'd love to hear your comments too:“…it’s like a dream, no end and no beginning…”

A Spy in Suburbia:
The Temple Priestess Chronicles: Story 1:
Part I
AD 2004
I’m walking down a corridor with roughly hewn columns and fountains surrounding the entrance to this particular corridor. I am wearing a thin, white gauzy-type material that drapes along my waist, with a belt of beautiful golden coins. I notice their sing-songy clinking as I walk along. I have long, dark, wavy hair covering my torso. I enter a small bed-chamber that is beautifully adorned with fresh flowers along the pillows resting on a raised mat… A male server approaches me…urgency in his voice…I toss, gasping, what’s going on…some riders from the North attacking…
I awake with a start. Anxious from the clarity of this nightmare, I try to throw it off and go back to sleep.
Later that week, I start having spontaneous waking memories of a past life as this temple priestess. Well, primarily when I am awake and a few while I am dreaming at night. It runs like a movie in my head at various times throughout the day. The first few weeks, it comes in small snippets, a scene here and there. Some days, I’d see it as an observer, watching it as from a distance, and some days, I’d be the head temple priestess experiencing all the emotions as if it was occurring yesterday. These initial memories were fascinating and uplifting; transporting me to a culture that was serene, community-oriented and peace-loving. I am so intrigued by the details in these memories that I begin a diary, writing down the snippets of memories and insights into that culture as they arose....
When you think of adoring another person as a sexual being, what feelings arise?
I was talking to friends the other day, and they wondered if enjoying looking at a woman's breasts was somehow unspiritual (even if done in a discreet, respectful way). Who defines what is spiritual? Who made our bodies? The human body is a beautifully designed/evolved creation., and it is lovely to look at. Spirituality is in the eye and mind of the beholder, and sexuality is a wonderful gift from the Sacred One, from God-Goddess. Be in gratitude today for all the loveliness you see, whether it is a beautiful breast or a colorful flower. It is all good...
What do you feel when you say, “I enjoy my body, it is a beautiful, Divine creation.” Do you feel reticent to say that? Why? You are Divine light put into form. Contemplate that today and find ways to be kinder and more loving to yourself and your body.
